Now is the perfect time to research and experiment with different options so that you can start 2023 off strong.
Tie Up Client Relationships
Consider reaching out to past clients and thanking them for their business.
This simple gesture can go a long way towards strengthening relationships with those clients and potentially leading to referrals down the line.
Plus, taking the time now ensures that they’ll remember you when they’re ready for their next move!
It’s important to take stock of your finances at the end of every year; not only do you need an accurate assessment for tax purposes, but it’s also useful information for budgeting in 2023 (not to mention peace of mind!).
Take some time now to review your income and expenses from 2022–what worked well? What didn’t? What can be done differently in 2022?
Answering these questions now will help set yourself up for success in the coming year.
Housekeeping & Admin/Operations
Take some time now to tidy up loose ends around the office.
File away client paperwork, organize documents into folders on your computer (or delete them if no longer needed), update your CRM system with new contacts….making sure everything is in order will save countless hours down the line!
Also make sure that all administrative tasks such as renewing licenses and permits are taken care of before 2022 ends.
Rack up Referrals
Referrals are one of the easiest ways to get more business–plus they come with added trust since they were recommended by someone already familiar with what you have to offer!
Reach out now to past clients who were especially satisfied with their experience working with you; ask them if they know anyone else who might benefit from what you have to offer!
Align Yourself With Your New Year Goals Last but certainly not least: take some time now reflect on what went well this past year, what didn’t go according too plan…and how do these experiences inform your goals for 2023?
Whether it’s setting monthly sales targets or improving customer service procedures–being intentional about setting goals now will put yourself in position for success next year!
